Drug Parity Action Alert 2013

Currently, many colorectal cancer patients have to pay significantly more out of pocket for oral treatments (i.e. pills) than they do for intravenous treatments – perhaps this has even happened to you.

Fight Colorectal Cancer is working with the Patients Equal Access Coalition (PEAC) to change that. PEAC is advocating for Congress to pass a law that would make insurers cover oral treatments the same way they do intravenous treatments. The Cancer Drug Coverage Parity Act has been reintroduced in Congress and we need you to tell your Members of Congress that this is an important issue to you.

Please email your Representative to ask him/her to support cancer patients by cosponsoring this important legislation. Simply complete the information on the form below to take action.

Thank you!
